All university ratings, reviews, and cost estimates on Exchasia reflect the personal opinions and research of the team. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or up to date.

Liability

Exchasia is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on the information on our platform, including but not limited to university selection, financial decisions, or visa applications. Use the information as one input among many in your decision-making process.

Intellectual Property

All content on exchasia.com, including text, ratings, design, and code, is the property of Exchasia and its founders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Third-party data. Historical climate data is provided by Open-Meteo and licensed under CC BY 4.0. Base university data is sourced from Wikidata (CC0) and ROR. Exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank via frankfurter.dev.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of Zurich, Switzerland shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts there.
